Use

The crystal shaped ‘Coarse salt/ gros sel’ is perfect for sprinkling, salted rim for martini glass, and for cooking. i.e. salt-crusted fish, pasta water, baking and pickling.  The crystals dissolve with heat and moisture, adding vital nutrients and rich flavor to your diet. 

Coarse salt is also used as a foot scrubber.

The Fine Salt / fleur de sel is famous for its delicate, light, flaky texture.

Chefs use for finishing dishes.  i.e. for steaks, desserts, salads and adds another dimension on top of a delicious organic egg.

A pinch on chocolate or caramel desserts elevates sweetness, while a few grains in sugary coffee cuts bitterness.
